Solve Plumbing Issues with Experienced Service

Absolutely awesome! I am a nerd for energy efficiency and had learned about the benefits of Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heaters a while ago. Even though there was nothing wrong with my 12-year old standard electric water heater, I wanted to replace it with this brand new fancy GE GeoSpring model before the tax credits expire at the end of 2025. I called around and literally no plumber in central Florida had heard of these or could get me one! So... I ordered it myself and had it delivered by Wayfair.

Once the new heater was in my garage (still in the box) I started looking for a qualified plumber to install it the right way. I found Tom via Angi and not only was his install-only quote super reasonable, but he was professional, clearly passionate about plumbing, and committed to doing things the right way. Other plumbers that I spoke to wanted to skip the permitting process, ignore the expansion tank requirement, or just wouldn't touch a water heater that they didn't buy (and mark-up) themselves.

Tom got the job done, professionally, affordably, and with a great attitude. I've found my new plumber. Highly recommend!

I called Tom at Premier Plumbing on Saturday, 2/21 with an emergency request for a pipe leak repair identified by a different Leak Detection company 2 days prior. The Leak Detection company could not send out a repair tech until Monday, 2/23 due to being heavily booked. The leak was at the water meter and got worse on Friday and started flooding heavily. I tried calling the Leak Detection company in desperation to see if there was any way they could send someone out that day to do the repair but got voice mail and never got a return call. Explained my situation to Tom at Premier Plumbing and he graciously agreed to fit me into his schedule and was able to come within a few hours. He had called ahead to the city utilities dept who came out to get the water turned off and help out for a short time before leaving the repair work to Tom. Teamwork!!! Tom completed the pipe repair, and I was very pleased with his work and professionalism. BTW, Tom is also the owner of Premier Plumbing, and I would highly recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone looking for a top notch professional.
